Getting a Head Start on Christmas Crafts

Christmas always seems to sneak up on me and before I know it, I’m shopping on Christmas Eve. Recent studies have shown that a large majority of Americans are now beginning to start their Christmas holiday shopping in late March to alleviate the economic sting and to get better deals on gifts (source). Another survey showed that Americans who begin their shopping earlier are at less risk for hereditary illnesses like genetic diseases (source).  Those statistics don’t lie.

To get a head start on the holidays, I began shopping last weekend.  For everyone else in the Christmas spirit, let’s get working on some Christmas crafts!

Most people, including myself, break out the fine china for the holidays, so I thought it would be perfect to show you some things you can do to spruce up your dinner table and impress your family.

Beautiful silverware, gorgeous china, your most expensive drinking vessels and, of course, napkin holders to complete the look.  Your relatives will be talking about it for years!
